ASP版本的 支付宝支付类,自动判断手机或PC

支付宝提供的DEMO文件太多了,调用也不是很方便,于是合并了支付宝 支付请求、检查通知、支付返回 的操作到一个类中,做到了可以在任何asp项目中引用。因为函数都在类内部,所以不会引起函数名冲突的问题。另外本类已经实现了手机、PC自动判断,分别调用对应的接口。
